As the successful construction of an enlarged Europe which is both innovative yet closely knit requires an intensification of inter-university exchanges, the Strasbourg Club was keen to actively participate in encouraging student mobility.

The cities which are currently members of the "Strasbourg Club" are as follows
- Warsaw, Lodz, Cracow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Katowice (Poland)
- Bratislava, Kosice (Slovakia)
